HOURS AND RECEPTION

Reception

The staff at Residence La Torretta is available to guests every day from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm to provide assistance, information about their stay, and tourist support regarding Savona and the surrounding area.

Check-in and Check-out

Apartments and rooms are available for check-in from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM.

Check-out must be done by 12:00 on the day of departure.

Any requests for early check-in, late arrival, or late check-out must be agreed upon in advance with Management and are subject to property availability.

Special needs?

If you plan to arrive early, check in late, or leave after the scheduled time, please contact us in advance. We'll do our best to arrange a personalized solution and best organize your stay.

ROOMS AND SMOKING

Rooms

Our rooms are welcoming, modern, and meticulously designed to offer a relaxing and comfortable stay. Each space is designed to ensure tranquility, cleanliness, and consistently fresh air, ideal for those seeking rest and well-being during their trip.

Smoke

Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and indoor areas of the property. The smoking ban helps maintain healthy spaces, free of unpleasant odors, and safer for all guests, including children, allergy sufferers, and non-smokers.

Compliance with this rule allows us to offer a cleaner, more comfortable and sustainable environment, in line with the quality standards of the facility.

RELAXATION AREA

Relaxation Area

The relaxation area at Residence La Torretta is available to guests 24 hours a day. Guests can use it freely, with one small precaution: Respect for Rest.

Especially after 10:00 PM, guests are asked to keep their voices low and avoid making loud noises, so as not to disturb guests sleeping in adjacent rooms.

Respect for Rest

Respecting the rules of quiet also contributes to safety: no noise, loud music, or disruptive behavior means greater control of common areas and greater attention to the needs of others. This way, the Residence becomes a welcoming place, where everyone can feel at home and enjoy their privacy in peace.

Each guest chooses this accommodation solution to feel safe, relax, and rejuvenate after a day of work or vacation, and silence becomes an essential element of daily well-being.

RESPONSIBILITY'

Responsibility

Management is not responsible for any theft, loss, or damage to money, valuables, or personal effects left unattended in rooms, apartments, or common areas.

It is therefore recommended that you carefully guard your personal belongings.

Unregistered Guests

For safety reasons and in compliance with current regulations, unregistered guests are not permitted at the facility without prior authorization from Management.

Compliance with this rule ensures guest safety, controlled access to the facility, protection of privacy, and compliance with public safety regulations.

ANIMALS

Pet Access

To ensure maximum comfort, hygiene, and the well-being of all guests, pets are not allowed inside Residence La Torretta, in the rooms, apartments, or common areas.

Any special requests must be approved by Management before booking.

Unauthorized access to the property may result in denied entry or termination of the stay without refund.

HOW TO REACH US

Via Mistrangelo 5/3 – Savona

By Car and Parking

Access to the city of Savona is via the toll booth Savona (A10 and A6), located approximately 5 km from the property.

Travel Planning - April 2026

If you are coming from the West or from France (A10): Expect travel times to increase by 20-30% due to modernization works between Spotorno and Savona which will continue until April 30, 2026.

Where to Park

Piazza del Popolo: Very spacious, maximum rate €10.00/day. Free on holidays and Monday mornings (first 60 minutes).

Torre Porto: The closest to the cruise terminal, covered, rate €10.00/day

Arsenale Parking: Secure private parking on Via Peppino Impastato, ideal for those seeking maximum security (€80.00/week)

Free Parking: Free parking spaces (white spaces) are available in Calata Sbarbaro and Piazza Pancaldo, approximately a 10-15 minute walk from the property.

By Train

Savona Savona FS station approximately 1.8 km away

Urban Bus: Lines 1/ (circular) and 5 run regularly between the station and Piazza Mameli, just a short distance from us. The journey takes about 5-10 minutes.

Taxis: Available in the station forecourt. The cost to reach Via Mistrangelo is approximately €7.00-€10.00 (journey time: 3 minutes).

For Cruise Passengers and Sea Travelers

Palacrociere (Costa Crociere): Reachable on foot in just 10-12 minutes through the suggestivela Torretta

Port of Vado Ligure (Corsica Ferries): Approximately 7-9 km away
